Marketing and Leasing
As a marketing and leasing intern at Stockton Real Estate Advisors, I’ve been asked to create marketing materials for a variety of purposes. Whether it’s a flyer showcasing our newest available spaces for lease, a half page ad in the Philadelphia Business Journal celebrating our 20th anniversary, or a flyer promoting a building event to our tenants, clear communication is essential to every piece.
Temple University: Marketing and Communications
As a Marketing and Communications intern at Temple University’s Strategic Marketing and Communications division, I mostly did behind the scenes work gathering and presenting our schools’ and other schools’ social media analytics. I had the opportunity to apply these findings by conceptualizing, shooting, and editing my own video for Temple’s Tik Tok and Instagram pages. I also had the pleasure of conceptualizing, shooting, and editing my own Instagram Reel/Tik Tok for Temple’s social media pages.
I also learned how to apply a brand’s guidelines while revamping a flyer for Temple’s Business Services using Temple’s branding book and new logo.
